Diplomatic talks continue this week regarding Iran's nuclear program. The U.S. however, is not central to those talks since then-President Trump pulled the U.S. out of the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action, commonly known as the Iran nuclear deal. Meanwhile, the U.S. has reimposed economic sanctions on Iran, and Iran has ramped up uranium production. What happens under a Biden administration, and can that be simply undone by the next president?

Tim Schorn is the director of international studies and associate professor of political science at the University of South Dakota. He joins us from SDPB's Vermillion studios to explain.
