GOP and Dems Differ On EB-5 Significance

A release from the South Dakota Democratic Party cites new documents in the EB-5 scandal, but the leader of the party admits the EB-5 court paperwork has been public.

Executive Director Zach Crago says people didn’t previously know that millions of taxpayer’s dollars from South Dakota’s general fund are at risk in a California-based lawsuit.

But state Republican leaders balk at that claim.
