Looking At The Budget Numbers

Jason Dilges, Chief Financial Officer for the State of South Dakota, took a few minutes Wednesday to go over Governor Dennis Daugaard's budget address.  Dilges is also the Commissioner of the State's Bureau of Finance and Management.  Dilges explained the reasons for Daugaard's conservative approach in some areas while stating that his address provided a positive outlook for the state.
