Michael Card, Associate Professor of Political Science at the University of South Dakota, explains South Dakota Constitutional Amendments M, N, O and P.  Voters will decide on the amendments in next Tuesday's election.  Card is part of SDPB Radio's Election Night team along with Northern State University Professor Ken Blanchard and host Karl Gehrke.
