A man is facing three first-degree murder charges after a triple homicide in Sioux Falls. Police say 30-year-old Justin Rackley shot and killed three people at a home on the southwest side of the city early Saturday morning.

A group of individuals brandishing the Nazi flag attempted to march at the state capitol over the weekend. On Saturday, the South Dakota Highway Patrol responded to the unscheduled march according to a press release from the Department of Public Safety.

Sioux Falls is entering into agreements with an Iowa company to develop railyard land downtown. About four acres on Eighth Street are being developed into a five-story, mixed-use building, parking ramp, and three apartment complexes.
