The president of the Oglala Sioux Tribe is reacting to the South Dakota governor showing up to a meeting between tribes and the federal government last week. The Pine Ridge leader says the Republican governor's actions were a distraction.

The South Dakota Attorney General's Office receives millions in appropriations to fund several projects in the next fiscal year. Attorney General Marty Jackley says one of the projects funded creates a Digital Investigation Unit.
