Gov. Kristi Noem is facing a consumer protections lawsuit one day after she shared a video praising the work of a Texas dental office. She shared it on her social media accounts typically reserved for campaign.

A new survey shows most South Dakota County auditors reject claims that hand counting ballots is efficient or effective. The poll is in response to concerns about election integrity among some groups and individuals.

Tribal governments could soon participate in a federal program making it easier for tribes to buy surplus property. Rep. Dusty Johnson is co-sponsoring the GSA Disposal Process Tribal Parity Act.
