The final day of PUC hearings on Navigator’s application was full of rebuttal testimony. Landowner council says Navigator’s main witness does not have the required expertise to provide adequate answers.
South Dakota State Court Administrator Greg Sattizahn will serve as the next president of the Conference of State Court Administrators. The organization aims to improve the judicial system by addressing shared issues across the states.
