The head of the Minneapolis fed says he thinks inflation will dip down to around 3.5 percent by the end of the year. That comment came the day before a report from the Labor Department that says inflation dropped in March.

A new report says the efforts of unpaid family caregivers in South Dakota have an economic value of $1.4 billion. The latest estimate from AARP is a $400 million increase from its 2019 estimate for the state.
