Officials are lifting a lockdown on Stevens High School and returning to normal operations. The school was placed on ‘secure status’ following reports of a student waiving a firearm this morning in the parking lot of the high school in West Rapid City.
Meade County voters overwhelmingly rejected a proposal to increase the number of medical cannabis licenses. The vote comes on the heels of a new poll that shows majority support against a recreational marijuana ballot question.
