If you are expecting a refund this year from the IRS, the Better Business Bureau is urging you to file early. This reduces the odds of a scammer stealing your identity and ultimately stealing your refund. We're joined by Jessie Schmidt, South Dakota state director of the Better Business Bureau.

Regarding the reporter roundtable: SD workers have three days to provide a written report of a workplace injury. If their workers' compensation plan denies coverage, they then have two years to file a claim.
