As South Dakota searches for innovative ways to boost workforce development, some human resource leaders are looking to seasoned professionals who chose to step away from the workforce for a time. Sanford Health has launched a new program called "Returnship." It's like an internship, but with the goal of clearing the on-ramp back into full-time work.
