He's a Professor of American Politics and Foreign Policy at the Faculty of Policy Management at Keio University. The Zeal Center for Entrepreneurship in Sioux Falls is about to finish this year's accelerator program. The 12-week program is a series of classes designed to help early stage businesses grow and secure equity. The program is responsible for securing $2.5 million in equity and creating 80 jobs.
