The select committee investigating the Jan. 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol is holding its first meeting today. Scheduled to testify are four police officers, two from the U.S. Capitol Police and two from the Washington, D.C., Metropolitan Police Department.
The four officers— Harry Dunn and Aquilino Gonell of the Capitol Police, and Michael Fanone and Daniel Hodges of the Metropolitan Police — were all on duty on Jan. 6 and are expected to testify about the physical and verbal assaults they faced.
