You can get to know a uniquely South Dakotan sound at an upcoming University of South Dakota concert.

"605 and Friends" features a lineup of seven composers who call South Dakota home. Bethany Amundson, director of symphonic band at USD and organizer of the concert, and local composer Charles Dibley bring us a preview.

The concert is Tuesday, Feb. 6 at 7:30 p.m. in the Aalfs Auditorium on USD's campus. Learn more about USD's music events.
