Take a look back at some of the highlights of the 2025 Individual Wrestling Tournament.

Peyton Hellmann, a senior for Bon Homme/Scotland/Avon, put the final stamp on her high school wrestling legacy on Saturday in Rapid City with a fifth straight individual state title. She wrestled Ireland Templeton of Pierre in the championship round, winning 15-4 by major decision.

The 2025 SDHSAA state individual wrestling tournament concluded from Summit Arena at The Monument in Rapid City on Saturday. Canton and Sturgis Brown won the team titles on the boys side, while Pierre once again won the team title in the girls division.

Today’s guest once dreamed of being a dancer, but her passion for soccer ultimately won out. She’s a former South Dakota High School Girls Soccer Player of the Year, a state champion both as a player and a coach, and she’s competed at the collegiate and professional levels.
