Avera Health announced their largest building project to date Wednesday.
The new project will expand care for women and children's hospital services and digestive health.
At $245 million, the expansion will add a six-story tower addition to Avera McKennan Hospital and University Health Center and a three-story building on the Avera on Louise Health Campus.
