A study published in Preventing Chronic Disease explored how sleep deprivation in high school students affected their mental health and academic performance during the pandemic.

Sarah Sliwa, Ph.D., is one of the paper's authors. She joins Lori Walsh to discuss the study and possible solutions that go beyond implementing a bedtime.
