Avera has answered the increased need for at-home care in various ways, from telehealth to a 24-hour hotline to reduce hospitalizations due to Covid 19.
In 2020, from early April to Mid-November, approximately 3,000 patients were treated through the Avera @Home Covid Care Transition Program.
