Julie Hoffman of East River Nursery in Huron joined guest host Joe Tlustos for Dakota Midday's bi-weekly gardening/planting conversation. Hoffman said this week's temperatures make it a good time to plant items like peas and lettuce. She also discussed dollar spot, how to get rid of it, and the large amounts of precipitation that parts of South Dakota received since Friday.
