Supreme Court hears arguments on homeless camping ban

On April 22, 2024, the U.S. Supreme Court heard a case with sweeping implications for how cities manage their homeless populations.

The case centers on a local law passed in Grants Pass, Oregon. The ordinance essentially bans people from sleeping in public.
