South Dakota has long been seeking to address a legal help shortage in its rural communities. That work was front and center last week at the South Dakota Law Review's annual symposium.
The event put a spotlight on the contributions of rural lawyers and the programs in place to entice more attorneys to practice in small towns.
Trevor Case is the editor of the South Dakota Law Review. He joined In the Moment with a recap of the symposium.
