This ongoing class focuses on building oral communication skills while learning essential grammar, regular and irregular verbs, pronouns, adjectives, and practical vocabulary you can use right away. All classes are free and held at the library.

Develop your strength, flexibility, and balance in this relaxed, no-judgement class. Suitable for both the yoga newcomer and the experienced yogi, in Hatha Flow we’ll be moving our bodies slowly and deliberately, challenging our strength and flexibility with a series of poses, while at the same time focusing on relaxation and mindfulness. If no instructor is available, class taught through easy to follow video.
