Rachael Selberg of Sioux Falls will exhibit her BFA Thesis Exhibition in Art Education at South Dakota State University from October 18 to October 29. Rachael’s exhibition, entitled “Working Through It” will include Ceramic jars and lids. “I enjoy working in ceramics because clay has limitations that guide the designs of my sculptures. There is a point where clay cannot be extended or pulled anymore or it will collapse, therefore, I play along its edge of collapsing.” The public exhibition will be on display in The Ritz Gallery of Grove Hall at SDSU, located south of the SDSU Student Union between Mathews and Brown dormitories. Admission is free. The Ritz Gallery hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (closed weekends and holidays). Parking is available in the Union lot.
