Mitchell Public Library is hosting Ballet Folklorico Estrellas De Jalisco, a Mexican dance troupe from Sioux City, IA. The group performs traditional Mexican dance dressed in traditional Mexican attire. The performance is an early celebration for Hispanic Heritage Month.
