Join us for the 23rd Annual Festival of Lights Parade. It begins at 6 p.m. on Saturday, November 28, 2020. The parade will begin at East Boulevard and Main St. and continue down Main Street until it reaches 7th Street - turn south for one block and return to East Boulevard on St. Joseph Street. This is great way to kick off the holiday season as you watch a beautiful parade that traditionally features more than 80 different floats.
