Mike Wagner: Reactive Impulses & Leadership Success

SDPB

In The Moment … July 1, 2020 Show 850 Hour 1

Humans are wired for self-preservation. But are those natural instincts helping or hurting your leadership success?

Mike Wagner has traveled the world working with organizations, teams, and executives on the challenges of leadership and culture. He earned a master's in public administration from the Harvard Kennedy School on a Bush Foundation Leadership Fellowship. He's a former South Dakota state lawmaker and he's founder of the blog, uncommonwisdom.org.

Mike joins us with thoughts on our natural reactive impulses and how they intersect (and inhibit) leadership success.
