The state Department of Labor is celebrating National Mentoring Month with a program aiming to connect more workers with quality mentors.
The department's online mentoring tool contains four modules to help businesses and organizations foster successful mentorships.
Each module offers lessons for mentors, mentees, and businesses looking to establish their own program.
