Community projects receive $8.3 million in state development funding

The Governor’s Office of Economic Development has awarded over $8.3 million in Community Development Block Grants.

These grants provide funding to projects across the state. Projects include reconstructing the firehall in Lake Norden, utility improvements in Lead, wastewater improvements in Mobridge and assisting the Boys and Girls Club of Moody County.

Grant funding is available through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
