Elevate Rapid City receives a $500,000 Strategy Development Grant to drive regional innovation.
These funds are through the US Department of Commerce’s Economic Development Administration's Tech Hubs Program.
Grant recipients are tasked with leading regional partners to work together on workforce development.
Elevate Rapid City will work with the City of Rapid City, South Dakota Mines, and the Sanford Underground Research Facility along with other organizations.
Elevate was one of 29 applicants nationwide to receive grant funding.
