Author argues chefs are perfect agents for change

This interview originally aired on "In the Moment" on SDPB Radio.

This weekend, author Katherine Miller will share a meal with and sign books for patrons at M.B. Haskett Delicatessen in Sioux Falls. She's the author of "At the Table: The Chef's Guide for Advocacy."

Ahead of her visit, she and chef Michael Haskett talk about how chefs can institute change in the kitchen and beyond.

We talk about food justice at the plate level, community level and policy level.
