The 60th annual Sidewalk Arts Festival is happening this weekend in downtown Sioux Falls. Hundreds of artists from across the state will gather to showcase their art and share their wares.
We got a preview of the festival from Katharine Hults and Emma Chicoine. Hults is the development coordinator and Chicoine is a development associate at the Washington Pavilion.
