After remodeling, the National Music Museum in Vermillion will open seven new galleries Saturday, Aug. 26.
The focus of these new galleries runs from global travel, guitars and other string instruments, and our shared musical origins.
The new exhibitions also feature antique instruments, interactive elements, and sound to help guests explore how music can shape life.
The museum is located on the campus of USD.
