New book lifts up runners of all speeds & body types

Slow AF Run Club
Slow AF Run Club

This interview originally aired on In the Moment on SDPB Radio.

Meet an author who wants to make running accessible for everyone—even the slowest among us.

Martinus Evans' running journey began in the doctor's office. He made an offhand joke about running a marathon and said his doctor called the idea ridiculous considering Evans' weight. Evans became determined to prove the doctor wrong.

He's now completed several marathons and is firmly on the path of running advocacy. He joins In the Moment to discuss his new book "Slow AF Run Club" and how to make running inclusive for everyone.
