A new mural has taken shape at the corner of East 10th Street and South Franklin, Avenue in Sioux Falls. It's the work of Phoenix, Arizona, artist Brian Boner. Boner invites the viewers to "move with the birds." He says the inspiration behind the artwork come from his memories growing up in Rapid City.
Boner's mural was selected in an online poll. The building on South Franklin Avenue will eventually be the home of Lockwood & Zahrbock Kool law office.
