On the Other Hand: What Is The Value Of A Human Life?

SDPB

In The Moment … September 10, 2020 Show 899 Hour 1

What is the value of a human life? More than 193,000 people have died from COVID-19 in the U.S. More than 170 of those people called South Dakota home. Many of those people had some kind of underlying or coexisting health condition. And in a highly charged (even toxic) political atmosphere, a preexisting condition can complicate the COVID conversation. So ... what is the worth of human life? What is the value of a few more years?

Kevin Woster writes about this on his SDPB blog On the Other Hand.
