Sioux Falls' Hispanic/Latino Community

Juan Bonilla, president of LaVoz Hispana TV and chair of the Sioux Falls Diversity Council, discussed the current Hispanic/Latino population in the Sioux Falls area in the second part of a two-part series on this year's Dakota Conference on the Spanish Northern Plains.  Bonilla was the keynote speaker at last month's event.
