David Xenakis and Delta David Gier join Dakota Midday during the on-air retirement party for Owen DeJong, host of SDPB Radio's Morning Classics for 20 years. Xenakis studied with DeJong at the University of South Dakota. Gier is the music director of the South Dakota Symphony Orchestra. They visited about their friendship and about the legacy as well as the value of classical music in the community.
