T.R.A.S.H. (Truly Rational And Sane Humans) is a group of “wacky” women. Some are married to doctors and some are not, but all are dedicated to helping audiences look for funny stuff in this crazy world and their lives in general. They have always believed that laughter is the best medicine and necessary to good health, healing and happiness. Topics are, loosely speaking, medical with the occasional "poke" at doctors and their specialties. T.R.A.S.H. has entertained for charity fund raisers and causes as varied as The American Cancer Society to National Guard units serving in Iraq. They have donated performances to communities dealing with devastating floods in North Dakota and Relay for Life, and have also donated to the American Red Cross after Hurricane Katrina. The group is performing at the Performing Arts Center of Rapid City on Saturday (2/1) at 4:00 and 7:30. Members of T.R.A.S.H. joined Dakota Midday to discuss the group's goal in life.
