Singer/songwriter Maddie Todd joins Moment in Sound today. She recently entered the NPR Tiny Desk Contest with her song "Paradox" and was selected as a South Dakota fan favorite. She's a student at Augustana University, studying religion and sociology.

Two Eisenhower Fellows are traveling the country with a stop in South Dakota. The Fellowship is an exchange program for international leaders. Anita Ahmad from Malaysia and Chevaan Daniel from Sri Lanka spoke with SDPB's Chynna Lockett about their travels.

A dance studio in Rapid City hosts classes for people with different abilities Students involved in several dance forms are preparing for their upcoming recital. SDPB's Chynna Lockett takes you to rehearsal. 

The band Dry Jack was part of the jazz-rock fusion scene of the 1970s and early 80s. This week Dry Jack is recording its long-delayed third album in Rapid City, the place Margolis has called home for the past 30 years. Jon Margolis told Jazz Nightly host Karl Gehrke that the reunion has been like a dream.
