She's an icon in American food culture, known for bringing vegetarian food into the mainstream and for championing the farmers who grow it. Her latest book is called "In My Kitchen." She's coming to Spearfish next week for the South Dakota Local Foods Conference. We're also joined by Kim Brannen, president of the South Dakota Specialty Producers Association.
