Denver-based singer/songwriter John Statz tells a pretty good story. Whether it's about hiking in the mountains of Colorado or sitting in his favorite Wisconsin diner to playing in Slovenia or riding a train to Budapest, Statz paints the picture through song. His most recent release, "Old Fashioned," came out in January, 2012. It was produced by Bo Ramsey who has played with and produced music for Lucinda Williams.
Statz performed at Prairie Berry Winery in Hill City on July 12, 2013, as part of their Summer Concert Series. The intimate performance was captured by Crow Ridge Productions.
