In the Moment ... April 10, 2018 Show 312 Hour 1

To be human is to endure. Jennifer Pharr Davis found her own reservoir of endurance on the Appalachian Trail. She's been tested as a business owner, as a mother, and as an author.

She's has pushed herself in many of the same way we all do. And yet, she has also endured more than most of us will in a lifetime.

The first time Jennifer Pharr Davis thru-hiked the Appalachian Trail, in 2008, she set the women's fastest known time (FKT) record, completing the trail in 58 days

Jennifer has written a new book: THE PURSUIT OF ENDURANCE: Harnessing the Record-Breaking Power of Strength and Resilience.
