Marc Lynch, author of The New Arab Wars: Uprisings and Anarchy in the Middle East, presented "Making Sense of the New Arab Wars" during the SD Festival of Books. Lynch's narrative of a vital region's collapse is both wildly dramatic, and shows that the regions upheavals have only just begun.
