State House Majority Leader David Lust and Minority Leader Bernie Hunhoff talked about the bipartisan economic development package announced last Thursday. If passed, the deal would set up a new "Building South Dakota" fund, eventually funded with at least $15 million, to make investments in a variety of areas, including education, roads and bridges, housing and loans to local to local businesses.
