South Dakota Attorney General Marty Jackley represented the state and several others before the U.S. Supreme Court Tuesday, April 17th. The State is looking to overturn a lower court ruling that does not require out-of-state or online businesses to pay state sales taxes unless they have a storefront or other physical presence in South Dakota. Just after Jackley finished his argument before the Supreme Court, he visited with South Dakota Public Broadcasting's Gary Ellenbolt about the experience.
