Alicia Olatuja

Praised by the New York Times as "a singer with strong and luscious tone and an amiably regal presence on stage," Alicia Olatuja has been captivating audiences with her exquisite vocals, artistic versatility and charming demeanor.

Olatuja has always had an appetite for music - from Handel to Mozart to pop singers like Chaka Khan and Michael Jackson and jazz artists like Sarah Vaughan and Kurt Elling.  She received world-wide exposure in 2013 when she performed as a soloist with the Brooklyn Tabernacle Choir at the second inauguration of President Obama.

Demand for Olatuja is growing rapidly.  The Sioux Falls Jazz and Blues Society presented Alicia Olatuja last November at the Historic Orpheum Theater in Sioux Falls.
