"Four: Works by Emerging Artists" is what it sounds like. The exhibition at SDPB’s newly-opened Black Hills Bureau — located at 415 Main Street in downtown Rapid City — brings together four young South Dakota artists. Put together by Ashley Pourier, Curator at the The Heritage Center at Red Cloud Indian School, the exhibit features works by Tom Swift Bird (digital photography), Rayna Hernandez (mixed media), Jimi La Pointe (watercolor) and LeRoy Janis (oil on canvas). SDPB will host an art opening Friday, Nov. 3 from 6-8pm at the Black Hills Bureau. The event is free and open to the public. The exhibit is open 9:00am-4:00pm Monday through Friday - stop by to take a look at the art and get a tour of our new facility.
